Return Policy

At Tringa Jewelers we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe:Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition:Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and certificates.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items, engraved pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at getintouch@tringajewelers.com or call +1 (929) 308-0027 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. Tringa Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

  • Processing TimeOnce we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, style, or another product, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at getintouch@tringajewelers.com or call +1 (929) 308-0027. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
